PKK ve IŞİD: Tek Strateji, İki Farklı Taktik

Nasıl oluyor da Irak ve Suriye’de IŞİD gibi bir vahşet örgütü hedefine öncelikle Kürtleri koymuşken ve bu örgütle de en etkin mücadeleyi Kürt parti ve örgütleri verirken PKK’nın yüzü Türkiye’ye döndü?

IŞİD kendisine Irak ve Suriye’de alan açarken, açtığı bu alanlarda adeta devlet kurarken, buna engel olacağını gördüğü her grubu da keserken, PKK gibi bir örgütün Türkiye’yi kana bulacağına gidip IŞİD’le mücadele etmesi beklenmez miydi?

IŞİD, yaptığı tüm eylemlerle kendi karşısında iki tür koalisyon oluşmasını teşvik etti. Bunlardan biri, Batılı devletlerin koalisyonu idi. IŞİD, NATO ya da NATO üyesi devletlerin bir araya gelip Irak ve Suriye’ye askeri olarak müdahale etmesini, hatta mümkünse bu arada Türkiye’nin de karadan komşu ülkelerine girmesini istedi. Bu isteğini hem Türkiye’ye yönelik eylemleriyle hem de Avrupa’da yaptığı eylemlerle defalarca gösterdi.

Ancak IŞİD’in daveti, farklı bir karşılık buldu; Batı koalisyonu esnek biçimde kuruldu ve alanda sadece ABD ile Türkiye aktif rol aldı. Yani diğerleri alanın dışında bırakıldı. Ayrıca, tüm tahriklere rağmen Türkiye Irak ve Suriye topraklarına girmedi.

Başlangıçta Irak ile Suriye’deki Kürt kuruluşları bir araya getirilmeye çalışıldı; bu iki ülkede meşru siyaset yapma derdinde olmayan örgütler muhatap seçildi. IŞİD bir örgütse, “karşı” tarafın da örgüt olması makul bulundu. Ancak bu da hemen yaşama geçemedi; büyük oranda oyunu Erbil yönetimi bozdu.

Anlaşıldığı kadarıyla Ortadoğu’da savaşan büyük güçler, hangi örgütten ya da hangi devletten kaç kişinin öldüğüyle hiç ilgilenmiyorlar. Onların derdi, geçici bir süre “üzerinden” hareket edebilecekleri bir örgüt bulmak.
